| Kindergarten through Grade 8 Aftercare Program: | 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. |
| Grades 6 through 8 (Monday through Thursday): | 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. |
| Grades 6 through 8 (Friday): | 7:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. |
Curriculum
St. Cecilia School and Academy offers a holistic curriculum that addresses the academic, social, and spiritual development of every student. Our curriculum builds upon the foundations of education and allows for continuous strengthening of skills as students progress from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our comprehensive and challenging program is designed to meet each student where they are academically, socially, and spiritually and bring them to their highest level of achievement.
Students in grades K – 8 receive daily instruction in the following core subject areas:
- English/Language Arts
- Mathematics
- Religion
- Science
- Social Studies
In addition, students in grades K – 8 attend Art, Music, Physical Education, Health and STEM classes.
Teachers employ best practices and differentiated learning techniques in their instruction of students. All students are challenged in their learning through our personalized literacy and math programs. A Learning Coach works with the teachers to ensure the unique learning needs of all students are being met. Academic support is provided through Title 1 classes and one-on-one and small group tutoring.
Cafeteria Program
Breakfast and lunch are provided daily.
Each day, all students receive a healthy fruit and vegetable snack, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
